Good afternoon, the sun is out so heat treatment here I come!!!!! My left arm has come out in sympathy for my back.

For the last couple of weeks, I've been getting pins and needles in my left arm spreading to my hand and fingers now. Its painful and lasts a couple of minutes but then comes back. I could be walking about and the pins and needles will just appear.

I'm wondering whether it could be a trapped nerve ?????

Hi there, will ask if it is affected more when in hot water eg a bath? 'cause it makes a difference. I had a problem but it was nonstop after a few weeks.
