Hello

Was out in garden training a new plum tree, I was sitting on a garden stool and fell forward.

i was unable to get back up and started too panic.

Do you all suffer same

Bob,I was not gatdening but sitting in my chair yesterday and i really thought i was stuck from the searing pain ! yes i panicked lol. i waited for a bath til my son was home ..just in case

Thenunn, I remember getting stuck in the bath years ago. I panicked for a while, then told myself off and started thinking through how to get out. My daughter was 6 at the time and said she could call the fire brigade to come and help. She thought it would be funny for them to see my bum - my bum was the least of my worries about what they would see!

I think we panic because all the what ifs flash through our heads - what if I can't get up, am stiff, am sore, do more damage, am going to be here a while until someone can help. Little accidents like border reiver's remind us how vulnerable we are and that makes us panic even more.
