Dx cll in 2013 under watch and wait , mutated , 72 years,,male live in india.

Due to gradual fall in Hb and high ALC ( 95% invovement ) , I was advised to take B - R chemo immuno therapy of 6 cycles. Latest Fish test revealed that I had Trisomy 12 with no other abnormalities in other chromosomes like 17p, 13q, 6q.

Any impact of Trisomy 12 on my proposed treatment (scheduled to start tomorrow) , from any similar CLL patients / and experts may please be shared as I am bit worried .

Hi Venk, I can’t speak to the specifics of your question but you may want to post it to CLL Support Association (also found on Health Unlocked). There are many more members that are very engaged and ready to help! I hope you get some info. Have a great weekend!
