Transformation of CLL into prolymphocytic leukaemia

my blood work says that my TLC is 227.9 with Atypical lymphoid cells at 30% , and 65% being prolymphocytes . The rest 5% are Neutrophils.

Does it mean my cll decease dx in 2013 transformed into more aggressive subset of CLL , namely pro lymphoccytic leukamea which is hard to treat. My chemo immuno therapy of Bendamustin and Rituximab scheduled to start on Nov 10, 2018 has to be kept on hold. as my Hb is oscillating between 9 and 10 from last 2 months. I do not have any symptoms of night sweat , severe fatigue, fever except enlarged lymph nodes every where in my body ,which are not bulky and spleen and lever enlarged .

Any inputs and advice from experts will be of great relief as i am through a terrible

mental worry and strain
