On Ibrutrinib 3 weeks now. No real side effects except serious fatigue and pretty consistent muscle and joint pain. What is one to take to reduce these to an acceptable level? Cant do Nsaids, chemo damaged kidneys .... need some reliable pain relief, anyone have a suggestion that has helped?
