Yesterday for an hour I felt properly well!

I just need to share it. Today I'm back to the 85% level, which means I can function reasonably well as long as I don't do anything too demanding, but a glimpse of life at the 100% level was wonderful-- and gives me hope that I'll experience wellness again.

Great news. I think we all know the feeling when it comes. When you'e in the middle, it is difficult to remember what it feels like to feel well. Its lovely to wake up and realise that day has come.
