I am a daughter not a Mother, but it was good to be able to take flowers over to my Mum as I have not been able to drive this year, and now I am feeling better I was able to do so.
I am loving the sound of your hair growth. I used a cooling cap so have medium length hair, but I am also getting new 'curly wurly' growth ontop as it thickens. Can't wait until it is good enough to be a fringe. I always thought one may be flattering as I got older, but loved my bob too much.
Hope you had a ncie day yesterday yourself - the Sun is shining here today.
Love Lizzie

Your posting is hugely encouraging to me. I was diagnosed with OC 1C back in October, full hysterectomy and unecessaries removed in November, chemo started in December. Technically the chemo is belts and braces as thankfully my biopsies were negative. However I am approaching my last session of chemo this week and feeling apprehensive. If the chemo is suppressing any growth, what's to suppress it when it's all finished?
The facts are showing that all is going in the right direction, but the apprehension nonetheless is worrying me stupid. My hair has started to regrow already - thought the chemo was meant to kill fast growing cells?
Thanks for posting your success, please keep it going as it is encouraging for others like me whom are still in early stages of treatment and have loads of questions but to afraid to ask them.
Today is a good day, the sun is beating down on a lovely spring morning.
