hi ladies, just a quick update. Now home from my appointment with consultant and I was absolutely terrified of what was going to be said. Well after discussing me with the professor at Christie’s and him looking at my notes he has suggested I start on caeylx so here I go again for fourth time. However I am very grateful that there is this option for me. Glad I asked for 2nd opinion.

Thank you all for your love and suppler, take care, blessings

Well done for asking for a second opinion. I know I would find that difficult but now at least you have a plan of action. I hope it goes well for you.

So glad you have a plan of action. If you have a brain tumour it might not be cancerous l know its frightening l had 3 brain operations and have a proggramable valve in my head which thankfully gives me no probs at all not all tumours are cancerous. But things are improving all the time. My cancer at the moment is managed and so is my brain tumour. It really is amazing what they can doPlease god they can do the same for you.

My love & prayers 🙏 SheilaFxxx

hi there, thank you so much for your reply. It’s through the mri and me having headaches that they found the brain tumours but they have ruled out operations saying it’s too tricky! Do you mind me asking where in the country you live, I’m in the north, Leeds, and in fairness the hospital have been very good. You are amazing and well done you, keep it up, you give hope xx. Im under Christie's at mcr for my ovarion cancer. But l had my operations for my Brain tumour at Well it was called Hope Hospital its now Salford royal. On both occasions l thought this is the end of me but it wasn't. I had 3 brain operations but it was too difficult to remove and they said they didn't want to leave me disabled the 3rd op they put a proggramable valve im my head to control it. Which gives me no trouble at all thankfully l was terribly clumsy before not too bad now thankfully. Then 10 years later ovarian cancer. But all that said apart from a stick you wouldn't think anything was wrong with me. Just waiting to see my Proffesor at MRI to repair my 8inch tear in my stomach lve had 5 appointments cancelled so far. But please god next Monday l hopefully will get a date. Stay positive l keep buying the frocks & booking the holidays. Please god 🙏 it goes well for you. Love & big hugs SheilaFxxx

hi Sheila, wow you have gone through the mill and having all those ops it must have been so frightening! However we are all fighting to live and yes positively buying those frocks and looking forward is the way to go. I’m starting chemo for the 4th time next Wednesday but I look at it as being proactive and sincerely hope it works. I hear so many good things bout Christie’s hospital and prof Jayden sounds like you are in good hands. Take care Sheila and please God we get the summer for you to flaunt those frocks!! Joanie xx
