3 month check

Just had my 3 month check - 15 months post chemo. I have been very worried as I have constant stoma blockages and bloating. I’m currently awaiting a colonoscopy in the hope of stoma reversal. I was so worried it was my cancer back but my ca 125 has held steady at 11. It was 1261 on diagnosis. So relieved and so thankful. They are going to do a surveilllance ct as I haven’t had one for 6 months. My thoughts are with others going through difficult times though and I realise how fortunate I am at this time x x x

That’s great! It’s hard not to be scared about bad news (I am always worrying) but it doesn’t always follow!

I was the same, my heart was banging . I thought I was going to have a panic attack. The relief if it’s good is amazing and if it’s not, the years always build up with me. I thought I’d get better but not yet.

Thank you. I had got used to the stoma and it was working well but now it’s not so hoping they can help me.
