Thank you to those who have asked if Hurricane Florence affected me or my beautiful city of Charleston. All is well. We got light wind gusts and some rain. I prepared as much as possible and decided to stay put after obsessively watching the weather updates. It was a slow storm and the whole area shut down for a week in anticipation. Thank you for being concerned. I now need to hide all these 'Hurricane snacks'.
