Omental cake question

Van anyone tell me if these can be caused by anything else. CT scan x2 ,1 with and one without contrast shows nothing. Had Hysterectomy in 2009 with no cancer too.. No family history of cancer.. So confused. Now next step is a biopsy under sedation..

Hi rteeter, I am not familiar with the term but the best people to give you advice are your own medical team. I suppose each country has its own terminology for medical reports. It is a worry but hopefully you will get to the bottom of it. best wishes

Hi Suzuki,

They are all scratching their heads too. I am not going to sweat too much. We are still investigating as even the gyn/onc doc won't see me until something definitive is found. I am assured that this is treatable by the oncologist that I seen last week.. I was just curious if anyone out there had experienced anything similar to this. Thank you

So my saga continues, Had a needle biopsy today. It was so stressful. Even though I have had all my female parts removed in 2009 due to fibroids and age, path report was totally clear of anything else, and CT cannot point a finger at anything. No metastases anywhere. They still think it is from cancer...but what. anyone else experience this situation? What was your treatment. I am expecting to hear surgery and chemo...keeping good vibes going
