Annual Worldwide travel policy

I am four weeks post adjuvent chemo for stage 1c grade 1 endometriod ovarian cancer.

I made a general enquiry with MIA a few weeks back and was told that I needed to be 8 to 12 weeks post treatment for single trip cover to USA, I phoned yesterday and was told I now need to wait a year but that they would cover me to travel to Europe tomorrow..... not happy☹️

I found a broker and got an alternative quote through Allclear, which quite surprised me as it was for an annual worldwide policy starting tomorrow, and this was for £1005.

Is this expensive or is this a good deal??

Carole I only managed one quote for USA in similar circumstances and it was £2700 for 22 days. So in that light sounds like a good deal. Would you mind telling me the name and contact number for your broker as I still need to sort my travel insurance out? You can message me if you prefer. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
