I had an ultrasound on my scar lump today that had really worried me as I've only just finished chemo and feared it was back already. I'm happy to say it's fatty tissue. I can enjoy my holiday to Lanzarote now x

What a relief. Enjoy your holiday. I went through similar last year. A Ct scan after my chemo finished showed lesions on my liver. An MRI scan showed they were fatty tissue. Had 3 weeks of worry. What we have to go through !!

I love your good news and your daughters reply to you. It reminds me of how happy I was to have a slipped disc recently instead of some strange recurrence or chemo side effect . The Ðr didn't understand why I was happy to be in pain !
