Problems accessing site.

Hi. Wondered if anyone could answer this question for me. Every single time I try to read a post, I have to fill in my email and password. This is despite ticking the keep me signed in box. Thanks in advance.

That happens to me on occasions it could be once a week or every few weeks, then it is harder to remember what password I use. Maybe get on to Admin and email them and they can reset things at their end. I was locked out a few times and they were indeed helpful

Kittie if you get on to the Ovacare Admin, they will help you sort it with Health Unlocked. Probably nothing will be done until Monday anyhow. I hope you are doing okay and recovering well

Thank you Suzuki I don't know what I would do without you I am always guaranteed an answer from you. My husband is telling me I am beginning to get better as I am making plans to decorate the bedroom only problem is I am the one who will have to wallpaper it but at least I have set myself a goal. I find this only happens when using iPhone or if you use i pad. no problems with the computer. So perhaps this is a problem for admin?

That only happens on my Fire tablet, but sometimes, if I just retype my username and do not let it autofill, I get in.

Otherwise, I switch to my android; no problem.

Thankyou all so much. I am using an I pad so maybe that is it. Will contact admin though. Hope you are all as well as possible.
