My cousin Jane and i were more like sisters we went everywhere together,
we told each other our secrets and swore to keep them forever.
She told me her dreams, her ambitions and goals,
perfect in every detail, no frays or holes.
As we got older and the years came n went,
our time together was less spent.
We'd keep in touch from time to time
making sure we were both fine.
Her dreams and ambitions had all been achieved,
i never doubted Jane for one minute in her i believed.
At forty four cancer took a hold on Jane,
she fought so hard and suffered much pain.
She never won the fight but shes now out of pain,
heaven has a new angel and its my cousin Jane
