Hi Sharon, I have registered for Coffee Morning but unfortunately due to a hospital stay my chemo was postponed so next week I have chemo for 5 days and my Neulasta injection on the Saturday. Hopefully 2017 is not going to be like 2016 where I only made two of the events Ovacare had on . Fingers crossed for next time. Kittie

Hi Zaneta

I'm doing ok thanks! I had my last chemo last Thursday - I had only been getting carboplatin for the last 3 sessions as my platelets, haemoglobin and neutrophils have been low - blood transfusions just before Christmas. I will be on Avastin for the next year at least - I'm hoping for a long, long remission this time! I had a fall in the house last Saturday week (tripped and hit my nose on the bedside locker) . Woke up the next day with bruises on my cheek and under my eye! And it's taking so long for these bruises to fade - I think in part due to the low platelet count.

I will be at the Coffee Morning on Saturday - looking forward to catching up!
