Has anyone here had, or knows of someone, that has had HIPEC for metastasised stomach cancer? My husband has one metastatic tumour 4 yrs after his gastrectomy. It is in an awkward position and 6 months of standard chemo has had little effect and they’ve had to lower the dose of radiotherapy for fear of burning a hole in his bowel. He’s not ready to give up on treatment and would be grateful for any info on HIPEC, straight hot chemo wash, or any other treatment that may be available
