Hi all my mum had the Ivor Lewis operation just under 2 years ago ... and she always seems to get a runny nose .. has anyone else had this

Yes I have increased when I eat or drink asked Gp said it was his sinuses no other explanation ???

I had total gastrectomy 14 months ago, I do get a runny nose a lot. Its strange.

Hi,

My oesophagectomy was over 7 years ago and I still get a runny nose. I’ve never found out why. I think it’s just one of those strange side effects.

Seven months after op I still have intermittent runny nose,don't no why but obviously I am not the only one.
