One week post dilatation - other stories

Now one week after the dilatation of my pylorus. I had delayed gastric emptying 12 years post oesophagectomy. It was going well with good function returning. Now not so sure after 24 hours of feeling very full and the ever increasing breathlessness (pulse very good though) which I am assuming is aspiration. So slept in a chair last night. I am not sure that it made any difference as I still think I woke with an acid taste in my mouth. I have a fuzzy head but that will be anxiety related. So, not sure the dilatation has worked. Keen to hear of other experiences of anyone who has had post oesophagectomy pylorus dilatation and how quickly they may have needed another one? New territory here for me.
