Do you have a specific worry with your panic attacks, like, say, a recurrence of cancer? If it is not specifically cancer-related, I would feel inclined to think it is a condition that is very separate from your cancer history. We do not get exemptions from other illnesses after what we have been through. I do not know whether that would make it easier to cope with; but as we get older we do end up facing fresh challenges?

I have a disabled son with severe lung problems, as a result he also has gut problems. Sometime ago he started having the same panic attacks and he kept telling us it ws related to his guts. After trying lots of different potential remedies, the one thing that sorted the problem for him, was "Windsettlers" I know it sounds daft and I myself didn't really get it, but ever since he's been taking them the panic attacks have just about stopped. The only time he gets panicky now is when the shop runs out of them, their pretty expensive to buy all the time and they have been taken off the doctors list of prescribed medicines, but poundland was the cheapest, wilkos & Sainsburys sell them too. its worth a try!
