New and hoping to learn to navigate

Hi. I sent out a post in response to gutlesswonder's post and then realized as I was reading through some other posts that they were 2 years old!!

Now as far as gutlesswonder's post - I am not sure how old that was - nor how to get back to it to find out... is there somewhere on this Healthunlocked site that has tips as to how to navigate... I feel silly but, such is the case... :)

If you click on the 'Home' on the banner at the top to the left of the green HealthUnlocked wording, I think you will see the latest posts, and then at the bottom a little box that says 'See more' Click there and they should come up.

The other thing to do is to click on the box to the right of HealthUnlocked in green where it says 'Search....'. If you type a word there, it should give you some answers.

I do sympathise. We all find difficulty in finding what we want at times, so it is not just you!

Thank you! I expect that being a newbie will take time to learn the ins and outs of things. Thanks again.

? I am not sure what this means.

Loads of good advice but buried in the pile of posts since! I think it is possible to 'pin' some posts at the beginning though.
