TROUBLE STARTED AFTER ROOT CANAL

Had a root canal 7 months ago, had to get the tooth pulled. Since then been suffering with a severe dry throat mainly the very back of my throat, and nose is dry when trying to sleep and also a stuffy nose..been to ENT had throat biopsy and I was check for sjogrens everything came back negative..can there be nerve damage to mucus membranes or adenoid problem Im a 48 year old female
