Oesophageal Blog of my journey

Hi all

After reading lots of the questions here I thought that a blog I did of my journey through this cancer may be of help to those just diagnosed and going through it. It has not been added to for a while but I did get feedback that it helped a lot of people understand the journey. you can find it at: innesart.blogspot.com

It covers: practical and eating tips that I found useful on the journey, managing weight etc and a lot more

Let me know if it helps you and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime. I am on the contact list for those just diagnosed for the Lincolnshire and Nottingham area.

kind regards

Bryan

Thanks for your story! I am sure it will be reassuring. Lots of people do have complications along the road, but these do get resolved in the end, and, a few weeks later, the trauma often seems to fade away.
