I try to keep to 'little and often' not always easy finding either nausea or ' dumping' quite often .am taking about 20 creon tabs 25000. Daily .but don't really know if they are helping any suggestions. My weight is constant since op. But would like to.put on half a stone at least.

I still get dumping occasionally over 10.5 years post total esophagectomy. I do still avoid certain foods but I can drink full fat milk (not low fat) but still get caught sometimes. I try and at calorie dense foods as I still have a limit volume wise. I did manage to have my two children post the surgery and was able to put on sufficient weight for that and now would be back at a weight which is healthy for my height.

I'm 16 months and get the odd dumping. I remain at a constant weight too. Not taking Creon tabs tho. Sometimes it's due to high sugar content or fat so avoid a lot of foods. Sometimes i can drink a cup of normal tea and it happens. It looks like we have to live with it.
