It's now a week since I last wrote. I have a friend who uses a Tens machine for back pain and she very kindly lent it too me. I'm pleased to say it has done me some good. I've used the machine every night and have gone to bed pain free so have slept better and as a result not been so tired during the day.
This morning I went out and bought my own machine and returned my friends. I should have done this year's ago!!
