Since my post a few days ago things have changed for the better regarding my husbands pain. After our GP advised my husband to take his zapain as well as tramadol and up his Amiltriptyline he has had the last 2 days with just back ground pain which he can cope with. He will probably have to go in for another dilation soon but is feeling more peaceful now. Thank you everyone for your replies and support it really helps. We wish you all good health and happiness for 2016. Helen and Graham.
