Has anyone tried the GABA supplements for intrusive thoughts?
I have tried many medications like setraline, CBT, counselling, Dr's for 13 years and never had any success.
I just want to be happy in life and stop these thoughts, anxiety, stress, worry.

I took 15 drops in water twice a day, in the beginning when I was really bad. Now I take it once a day with 8 drops of cbd oil... I got my saffron oil on amazon for 19$
