So we not alone how are you coping? I'm doing CBT bug not sure if of any benefit as it's just nice to talk and off load all your thoughts and feelings helps keep it mind abit clearer. But how to apply it I struggle with after CBT therapy. I'm on medication just started 4 weeks ago so hopefully that contribute towards my OCD as well as CBT.

I am currently receiving Graduated CBT and ERP now from a specialised OCD therapist at an OCD unit in the UK andI have been doing so since the end of November. It certainly is helping me though . I have been on medication for my OCD for some years now and at last they found the right one a few years ago.

Which medication are you on? I was on paroxtine, than streamline but felt no benefit. I'm now on fluoxtine 60mg which is the higher dose so hopefully this works on me? You mentioned OCD in UK are they any good with ERP? As I'm.struggling with that at the moment especially on my own I struggle to keep control but end back to my ritual at some point.
