Y'all my insides have been trembling for days. Doctor started me on Buspar 5mg/twice daily yesterday.. i know it doesn't work immediately but i REALLY need it to!

You should feel it soon, is there anything you can do to distract yourself!? Keep us posted with how you get on. Hang in there, you're with your OCD group! 🙂
I tried to go back to work today and only lasted like 3 hours before i had to come home because i was so anxious and my insides were trembling so bad.
Then it's back to basics!! Do you have any hobbies!? When I ride things out, I go out for a hike, or walk so I'm physical tired!! But that's what helps me.
