I deal with at times crippling OCD, bipolar 1 ,social anxiety ,and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I wouldn't call myself suicidal persay ,but sometimes it just gets awful , I just find life way too hard to deal with of all this at once. Am I selfish for even considering suicide when it's really bad for me? When I'm talking bad ,I'm taking about completely unbearable emotional pain ,and unbearable anxiety as well?

Believe me, most of us have been there. Emotional pain is still pain, and can be very difficult to put up with.
But please remember that your life is precious, and worth preserving for when you are able to take pleasure in things, enjoy yourself, and for those who care about you.
It's not a matter of being selfish or unselfish. It might help to work out some strategies for managing when you are at your worst, so you know what helps you best through it, and where you can get support and if necessary emergency help.
It might also help if you develop some interests that distract you and make you feel better, if you haven't already got some, and that make you realize your own worth. Remember that even when you are feeling rotten, you matter to others. And that you won't always feel that bad.
