Does anybody know of any online gp services where you can just talk to them about any questions you need answering?

Try the NHS official website. Go to NHS Choices and click on 'Live Well' at the top, go down to 'Mental Health' and click. There is quite a lot of helpful stuff on there.

I've found the Mental Wellbeing Audioguides useful. One that I've found particularly helpful is 'Unhelpful Thinking'.

There is a lot on many health conditions and problems on the site, and also on how to keep well.
