I take citalipram.. works great
I have not found one yet unfortunately.
On the whole, SSRIs work very well, as well as alleviating depression. So does clomipramine. It is best to keep away from tranquillizers like diazepam, except for short term use, as they are very addictive. Antipsychotics are occasionally prescribed in low doses alongside an SSRI to boost the effect of the SSRI. I have been taking 5 mg of one called aripiprazole with my sertraline and I think it helps.
