This is a problem that comes up on this forum quite regularly, but there is a shortage of help! I have Compulsive Skin Picking myself - sometimes comes down to sitting on my hands so I don't do it! If anyone else has had either of these problems then please do share your experiences and anything that helps. I know how intense the compulsion can feel, followed by a mixture of relief and guilt and shame.
