Hey guys hope someone can help me freak out here am see the doctor a have anixitey and drepressions am struggling so bad with really bad though a am single mum and feel like am pushing my child away cause this is take over me feel like am going mad alway thinking and can't sleep and if a do sleep a wake up with with the worse though and panic ever a have did research sound like a have OCD have anyone suffer as bad as me and can't give me tip to help me

Hello you have to take small steps to change your life if you look at the big picture you will struggle.try to focus on getting a better night's sleep first that will be a big improvement on how you feel .
