Can anyone else relate to me? I find that OCD used to affect my sleep pattern. More recently as my mind has become a little more rational, I can't seem to get enough sleep, as that's where my mind is normal and I am happy. The anxiety and intrusive thoughts seem to reoccur when I wake.

I realise I (yet again) believed for too long that I could cope on my own and should be getting help soon.

  • Yeah, my sleep is up and down constantly. I seem to be digging myself out of a pit at the minute. Been struggling with the blues lately. X
