Has anyone found Tai Chi, yoga, or similar exercises to provide relief from your arthritis symptoms? If so, do you attend classes, or do you have a program you follow at home?

I am finding that chair yoga is beneficial. I have been using u tube presentations and particularly like those done by Sherry Zak Morris.

I have a set of stretches I do daily that help with hip mobility. Some of these are from a physical therapist, some from a trainer, and some from a YouTube video I found that is aimed specifically at people with hip arthritis. What's awesome is the hip arthritis ones are for strengthening and stretching, and in two weeks I've noticed a huge difference in my adductor muscle strength, which means less pain. Woo! :)

Can you copy a link to the video (there are so many it would be helpful to see one you've tried!)

PS Here's a knee one:

And here's a Yoga with Adrienne for hip opening which is crazy hard for me, but feels good periodically:

Woah that last one looks impossible (I can do squats but getting right down there??) Will watch them tomorrow as no time right now - thanks for looking them out for me ... and others here I would think!

Yeah, Adrienne's super flexible, and I certainly can't do the pose she's in either! However, some of the other moves are doable, and definitely help me stretch out my hips. She has a ton of videos on YouTube, and they're all free - her beginner ones are great. More resources, the better? :)
