This is a very good video and very well explained too. I noticed as i was sitting on my chair watching it that my pelvis was curved and my lower back was pushed out and i was able to sit tall again. I do know this but often forget when im engrossed in something. thanks again. Its also good that you have kept it short and only working on the one area at a time.

Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. I'm delighted you enjoyed the video. I have done another one recently on abs - don't be put off as many fear ab work but it is a part of the body that is important to nourish. I intend to create more videos so do let me know if there are any particular themes you would find helpful.
