Hi All. Here are some water and mineral rich foods to help your kidneys flourish.

Romaine and little gem lettuce, flat leaf parsley, watermelon, blueberries and raspberries, cauliflower, green tea, pomegranate and grass fed beef if you eat meat.

If you have impaired kidney function it's very important you get good quality rest and sleep, avoid fearful situations including violent television, ensure your blood pressure is well managed, avoid processed food due to their chemicalised nature and drink at least two litres of good quality water daily spreading it over the day. Avoid too excessive caffeine and alcohol.
