What food do you think triggers an adverse response in your body, other than the well known ones?
A few years ago, I used to find that every Sunday night I didn't sleep well and at the time thought it must be thinking of work again on Monday! However, when I retired the problem continued, so I looked at my diet. Now every Sunday as is traditional I ate a roast dinner. I thought it couldn't be the meat or veg and then it struck me that the only thing on my dinner plate that was artificial was the gravy (a well known brand). I decided to start making my own and hey presto I now sleep exactly the same on a Sunday night as any other day.
