Anyone else on
Nucala
plus anther biologic? I am already self-administering Benepali (etanercept) injections weekly for rheumatoid arthritis and have now also been prescribed
Nucala
injections every 4 weeks for my asthma. Just wondering if anyone has experience of 2 biologics concurrently?

Hi guys I’ve been on
Nucala
for best part of a year now. Great results. But when I take my injection I am so tired the first day or so. Is this normal everything else is going well.

On Friday I'm due to have my 6th
Nucala
injection. The first 3 have been amazing. I felt a new person after battling with Eosinophilic Asthma. After my 4th & 5th I have not felt quite so good and now 'doubt' is beginning to creep in. I notice occasional back pain and aching in some joints.

Even with
nucala
injections every 4 weeks. I had churg Strauss syndrome. And still on 11 drugs to get by. Every day. Including heart drugs. But still can't get PIP. Even though I would probably die before someone with a bit of arthritis who gets it..

Change from Nucala to Dupixent
My Pulmonologist has recommended taking me off the
Nucala
and putting me on Dupixent. Has anyone made this change and if so did your asthma and coughing improve? Thank you so much!

Well today is a momentous day here. Have just received my Biologics for Eosinophilic asthma. Suddenly I feel extremely nervous. My first injection is due on Friday. I am shocked at how I am feeling...is this natural?

Nucala 2nd injection
After a rather painful 1st injection in my thigh, I was full of trepidation yesterday having the 2nd but I need not have worried...it was painless🙃! This time I chose my arm and the difference was unbelievable. I can't help wondering why?

Nucala Injection no 1!
After many years of struggling with E Asthma the big day finally arrived last Friday. Such mixed emotions as I walked into the Clinic. I was extremely anxious and unfortunately after the injection I came out in a rash on my arms and trunk. I was given antihistamine and after all the usual medical checks

How long did you wait for biologics?
They've said I qualify for two diff ones:
Nucala
(mepolizumab) and Fasenra (benralizumab) and think that the Faserna will be best.

has anyone else had breathing problems
the other tube was putting oxygen in my body but the doctor told my partner that if I didn’t come round he would need to move me to high dependency and put me in a seduce coma but thankfully I did come round but since then I’ve been in and out in hospital due to my breathing but now I’ve been put on

Nucala side effects
After 3 months of using
Nucala
my hair started thinning. No better after 4th and 5th doses. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did your hair thicken/grow back?

Are biologics (Xolair, Dupixent, Nucala or Fasenra) really worth the cost & side effects
I have asthma as well as elevated eosinophols (~850 mcL). The asthma is well controlled with an inhaler, but I have some concerns with long-term use of an inhaler so my interest is peaked by all of the advertisements about the various biologic treatments. For those who take one of these biologics

Nucala Injection's for Severe Asthma
Good morning, everyone, my GP recently discussed briefly with me a medication given via injection called
Nucala
which is sometimes given to patients with higher eosinophil levels. I just wondered if anyone has ever been given this?
