I opened my car door today and somehow managed to hit my forehead then hit it again! I don't know how it happened but it hurts. I presume my arm did its jerky thing TWICE!

Sandra - Once is unfortunate, twice is just extreme. I'm intrigued by the jerky arm thing though, it could be a bit of a liability from the sounds of it.

thanksl, I've hit myself with many things before, but the door takes top billing!

put cold compress and arnica on it so no bruise but it's tender.
