Hi

Been on it for nearly a year, i'm on a trial which will finish in 2 months. At first i noticed a big improvement but after 3 or 4 injections it seemed to stop and i felt if i was going backwards, seems to have reached a plateau now. You may have better luck than me as we are different in the way drugs work for us..

Good Luck

Mark

Thanks Mark, that doesn't bode well as I had that sort of result with Tocilizumab. Ah well I can but try. Ax

I was reading a pharmaceutical journal... direct quote golimumab(Simponi) manufacturer has be approved by NICE foe use in active and progressive psoriatic athritis.. providing its use follows recommendations made previously for the other tumour necrosis factor inhibitator treatments( ie other anti tnf guidelines)

Havent data of its effectiveness.. but NICE do not approve expensive drugs that show no success.. so heres hoping!!.

I've been on it since October 2009. Works very well for me. Ankylosing spondylitis symptoms all gone. In case HealthUnlocked doesn't date these messages, I'm writing this December 19, 2013.

Where in the world is it manufactured?
