Anyone have pins and needles in their feet? It's like wearing tingly ankle socks. And any solutions?

I do too, mine tingle all the time, even my hands do slightly sometimes. Unfortunately I haven't got any solutions, but if anyone else could help please let us know.

Yes i do and also in My hands, I am not a doctor, But I have found since seeing my Neuro, that apparently this is part of the RA and Fibro Symptons, I was given something by my Neuro for this, I know it is irritating, Like burning tingling pins and needles feeling that just does go away no matter how much you rub AArrgghh My meds have helped has helped Hope u find relief

I get this in my right hand all the time.
Fibro symptoms? is that Fibromialgia? or am I barking up the wrong tree? Is there a connection with the RA.
Could this be the reason for the dull muscle aches?

I was going mad with this but have had great results using Pregabalin I'm on 300 mg twice daily.
Tingling in hands and or feet with or without any numbness are symptoms that should be reported to your Rheumatologist so that they can be checked out. Keeping a brief diary of how long symptoms last, any apparent causes or triggers and what helps to relieve them would all be useful information for the specialist. It's generally recommended that any symptoms that are causing problems or worsening should be checked out so that appropiate decisions can be made and you have the reassurance that you are being well cared for and given treatment if necessary. Did you ever find a good solution for this and what was the cause? I've been getting the tingles / pins and needles in both hands and feet. Can't wear shoes now when sitting as it makes the tingling worse.
