just to let people who live in the newcastle/gateshead/northumberland area know that the NRAS north east group go swimming every monday morning, at Gosforth pool, from 10-11am we have the small pool to ourselves, and we go for coffee across the road from the pool afterwards. the cost of the swimming is £2.50, you have to buy your own cuppa i'm afraid, but your more then welcome to come and join us, we are a lovely friendly bunch of folks and look forward to meeting you. we are a good mix of ages too, so don't be afraid to pop along.
