aches in tops of your legs

i get terrible aches in tops of my legs, dunno if anyone else gets it feels like something tight round tops of my legs its a strange feeling.....

I described the pain I get at the top of my legs like wearing tight lycra cycling shorts with barbed wire in them. My son was most amused - but a bit horrified!

I get pain in my hamstring area...dull ache, like I have exercised too much and this is what I originally thought it was before I was diagnosed with RA...

I am not sure if this pain is uncommon. I have been getting regular pain in the legs and in the knees. Its worse when I have been sitting down for a while and then I get up.But the good thing is that it doesn't happen all the time so I just do what I can and get on with it. Hope that you get some relief soon.
