Foot and Mouth?

Hi traveling at moment so brief question. Just found out 2 year old nephew has foot and mouth. I am on Benepali and also have flared up eczema. Am thinking I should not see on Xmas day. Any advice or am I being over cautious?

I had hand, foot and mouth disease when I was on benepali a few years ago, I think I had a mild dose. I don't know where I got it from.

I had to stop meds until the blisters and my mouth healed, which was the worst part for me, but not worth the risk of coming off meds and maybe being ill, in my view.
