Heather Robinson, Rheumatology Biologics Clinical Specialist at Hereford County Hospital. Unfailingly kind, caring, friendly, professional and has never let me down in 25 years. Goes the extra mile in supporting her patients and is part of a really good team of rheumatologists and nurses.
