Pip consultation

Having a real hard time with lower back hip and leg pain but getting no joy from gp my consultant at hosp hospital is off at moment and the 1 I saw as emergency just didn't help at all and now have my pip phone consultation tomorrow and my stress levels are through roof any advice how to handle it would be great as I'm hopeless on phone my kids make calls for me normally as I get mixed up just hoping I get someone nice as had really bad experience in past with the pip accessor

Write down today what you want to say and make notes of how the condition affects you . Did you keep a copy of the application form so can remember what you said on it ? it all helps and try not to get flustered remember that they are either writing down or inputting your responses into a computer so might ask you to repeat something. I'd suggest you sit down comfortably with a drink when you get the call and not be rushed. Say if you don't understand what is being asked and make sure you keep a record of your answers too.
