Omg my foot is killin went to see consultant over 3 week ago had X-ray I got told I have 3 bone 🦴 spurs in right foot 🦶 only just went out for a bus 🚌 ride up to owlcoates near me now it’s swollen and killin me how am I supposed to wait 8 months for an operation 🙇🏻‍♀️

I know this won’t magically make things improve but have you seen podiatry and been assessed for good quality orthotics?

Agree. I’m wearing my orthotics/custom shoes as my feet swell so much in the summer and have several osteo issues.

Seen podiatrist ladies nothing helps I need surgery on waiting list I have 3 bone 🦴 spurs in foot 🦶
