It's not disrespectful but a reflection on the virus. I knew 4 of those in my area so yes its sad but it happened and we should not forget the virus is still here. xx
It also shows that the virus is everywhere. The clusters are population density. The ‘bare’ areas are predominantly countryside. The gap between Leeds and Manchester is the Pennines for example..
I found a Gov info link a few weeks ago too, comparing the death statistics from 1990-2020. Not that huge a difference. And Covid-19 was removed from the list of High Consequence Infectious Diseases back in March 2020 (which does not mean it won’t have high consequences in those most vulnerable) gov.uk/guidance/high-conseq...
